Aide

Aide services are delivered under the supervision of a licensed nurse or therapist. Our aides are trained and have experience in caring for people in the home. An aide may provide service when there is a specific need for personal care at home, such as transferring into or out of bed or a chair, bathing, skin care, dressing/undressing, hair care, oral care or helping a patient walk.

A home health aide can assist with bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, light housekeeping and laundry, light meal preparation as well as other activities of daily living.  If Medicare is the payer, the home health aide can only be provided in conjunction with a qualified skilled service.
